Overview:
The Painter Field Manager for our Industrial Painting
Service Division is a hands-on manager that is responsible for the Field
Operations of one or more work crews including, job setup, material
purchasing, and scheduling of equipment, and labor resources as well as
ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
The individual that we are seeking is a leader and will be a
hands on, detail oriented, manager that is able to get the job done.
The Painting Professional we seek aspires to be successful,
and will not settle for mediocrity. This position plays an important role to
the success of our Industrial Painting Services Division as we continue to
grow and expand in Middle-Atlantic region.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for Customer Relations for all Work in Process
- Responsible
for scheduling and coordinating work crews, material and equipment
- Responsible
for employee oversight, and excellent employee relations
- Responsible
for Quality Assurance, and Quality Control of Work in Process
Skills and Experience Sought:
- Knowledge of
Paints, Surface Preparation, Labor Productivity and Application Methods
of Interior and Exterior Painting
- Basic
computer skills, Microsoft Office, Internet, Email
- Good
communication skills, verbal and written
- Employee
leadership skills with a commitment to Workforce Training and
Development
- Goal oriented
with an ability to overcome obstacles in order to get the job done
- Bilingual
desired but not required
