Overview:
The
Business Developer is a new position created to expand the customer base for
Pro-Spec Commercial and Industrial Maintenance Painting Services Division.
Utilizing Business Directories, the
Business Developer will target the individuals responsible for the oversight
of Plant and Building Maintenance in the NJ, PA,
and DE region. Industries marketed are Petrol-Chemical, Pharmaceutical,
Food Plants, and Property Management.
The
initial telephone contact will be followed by a
customized high-impact Services & Qualification Presentation that
demonstrates our abilities to meet our customers Safety, Quality, and
Performance standards.
Your Primary goal: Establish new
opportunities by qualifying Pro-Spec as a Qualified-Approved Vendor to your
target customer.Primary Responsibilities:
- Telemarketing/Cold Calling
- Prospect pre-qualification
- Update Customer Service
Contact Log
- Customized correspondence presentations,
Mailings, & Brochures
- Responsible for
completion and submission of Prospect Required Qualification Statements
- Inside 90%,
Outside 10%
- Complete and submit Contractor Qualification Statements
Skills and Experience Sought:
- Proven track record in business to business
service related telesales, and cold-calling
- Good Computer Skills: Microsoft Office,
Networking, Internet, &
Email
- Excellent Oral & Writing
skills;
Team-oriented; Friendly People-person,
Self-motivated with desire to meet
and exceed call quotas
- Direct Mail,
Trade Show Exhibits, Marketing Creativity
- Minimum three
years experience marketing Industrial Maintenance Services
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
